Meet #6 - 400th, Ott Track & Field Center, 01-10-25

Meet #6 posted all around bests at UPenn's Jane and David Ott Center for Track & Field. In the Sprints: Damira Allen (Chester) ran a blistering PA #1 of 8.76s in the 60m Hurdles; Amirah Nesmith (Cheltenham) ran a PA #1 of 24.60 in the 200m; Danielle Wooton leaned out her competition in the 400m dash with a 58.23. In the Distances, Alli Delisi ran a U.S. #1 2:10.79 in he 800m Run. This also breaks our Association's all-time record; Annie Moniz (Lower Moreland) stormed the competition in the 3,000m in 10:21.95. The Relays also dropped some monster times. In a hot heat, Lower Merion ran away from competitors with their 1:45.77. In the 4x400, Penn Charter quartet ran a U.S. #6 time of 3:56.66.

Meet #5 - Lehigh University, 01-03-25

Meet #5 started with much excitement from the fast section of the 4x800m Relay. Central Bucks East recorded a PA #1 time by far across the state. In the field, Destini Smith (Souderton) attempted the Association High Jump and ended at 5'7.25. Episcopal's Kendra Williamson, won the mile in a 5:02.23.

RJBIC -- Lehigh University, 12-27-24

Meet 5 posted some great performances! Destini Smith (Souderton) wow'd the crowd with a US #1 and Meet Record Performance in the Triple Jump. Smith leaped to a mark of 42-2.74! Faith Castronuovo (Upper Dublin) too posted an elite Gold Standard mark in the One Mile Run; a respectable 5:09.44! Reese Miller (Gwynedd-Mercy Academy) won the 3,000m Run in a 10:42.72. Addison Nudy (Twin Valley) won the high Jump with a 5-03.00 clearance. See photos below (by JR Photos)

Meet 1 of the Winter Season got off to a great start! According to the results, teams ran elite performances in the 60m and 4x400m. The field events were on fire as majority of the elite performance came from the Long Jump, Triple Jump, and Pole Vault. Check out some shots below!
