The Tim Hickey "Lifetime of Service" award is presented to coaches, officials, and volunteers who have dedicated over 20 years of service to our association. In honor of our founder, Tim Hickey, these individuals have selflessly been consistent in their dedication to female youth in Track & Field of The Greater Philadelphia Area.
